Sugar-free paneer cheesecake

Cheese cake is a popular dessert traditionally made with cream cheese or ricotta. Here is a sugar-free version of this delicious dessert, which is made with paneer as the main ingredient.


For base

100 gms powdered rusk

100 gms butter

½ tsp cinnamon (powdered)

For cheese cake

200 gms paneer (softened in a blender)

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 cup water

60 gms gelatin

100 gms whipped topping


Pre heat the oven to 175 degrees

In a bowl mix powdered rusk, butter, and cinnamon

Press this mixture onto the bottom of a pan

Bake the crust until golden brown, about 9-10 minutes

Cool the pan

In another bowl, beat the paneer and vanilla until smooth

Boil some water and melt the gelatin in it

Keep it aside to thicken; however, lumps shouldn€™t be formed while it gets cooled down

Add the melted gelatin into the paneer-vanilla mixture

Mix the whipped topping slowly into it

Pour this on top of the baked crust

Keep it in the fridge overnight for the cheese cake to set

Garnish with fruits of your choice or powdered rusk
