Add finely chopped big onion, green chilli, crushed chilly and garam masala to it

Peel the potatoes, scrape and add to the egg mix

Add salt and mix thoroughly

Slice the toasted bread diagonally

Spread some masala mix on both sides of the bread slice and gently ease it into boiling oil

When one side is done, flip it over and fry till the other side is also crisp

Heat on a low flame when both the sides are crisp
