1 kg chicken
2 tsp coconut oil
3 green chillies
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
½ cup water
Salt to taste
Cook the chicken in a pressure cooker
by adding salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and water, up to 5
After the chicken cools down, remove
the bones and shred it into small bits.
Heat a pan and add coconut oil.
To this, add sliced onion, green
chillies and few curry leaves and sauté well.
When the onions are golden brown, add
ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder
and garam masala to it.
Add in chopped tomatoes.
Put the shredded chicken to the pan and
Pour the chicken stock to the mixture
and cook till the water evaporates completely.
The yummy shredded chicken is done!
