10-12 red chillies

6 cloves of garlic

1 small piece ginger

3 tbsp scraped coconut

2 sprigs of curry leaves

Salt to taste

Fry the red chillies and grind them along with ginger, salt and garlic

Marinate the fish with three quarters of the mix for about 15 minutes

Mix the rest of the ground paste with the scraped coconut

Heat a pan and fry the fish

When the fish is almost done, add in the masala-scraped coconut mix

See that the coconut does not turn sooty

When the fish and the coconut turn a golden brown, dress the fish with curry leaves and take it off the flame.
