Easy fish curry in coconut gravy

Ingredients

Fish pieces

Tomatoes

Chilli powder

Coriander powder

Turmeric powder

Fenugreek powder

Grated coconut

Shallots

Ginger

Green chillies

Tamarind water

Preparation

Dry roast the chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and fenugreek powder

Grind the grated coconut with shallots in a mixer

Heat coconut oil in an earthen vessel

Add the coconut paste, dry roasted masala powder, ginger and green chillies

Sauté well

Pour in the tamarind water

Now add the fish pieces and tomatoes

Allow the gravy to boil until fish pieces are cooked well.
