Truffles for your true love

Make your V-Day chocolicious with these super-easy chocolate truffles. All you need is some chocolate, cream and your favorite cake's crumbs. It is an ideal way to make the best out of your leftover cakes. Tiny and perfect, these chocolate truffles are truly the turf to blossom your love!

Ingredients

100 gm cake crumbs

100 gm dark chocolate

50 gm fresh cream

300 gm dark chocolate for covering the cake balls

Preparation

Prepare chocolate ganache by melting chocolate and cream together in a microwave for around 1 minute

Stir it continuously until you get a smooth consistency

You can use any cake of your choice for crumbs

Mix the chocolate ganache with cake crumbs to form a dough

Take a pinch of the dough and roll them using your palms to make lemon sized balls

Refrigerate these cake balls for around an hour

In the meantime, melt remaining chocolate and let it come to room temperature

Dip the cake balls in the melted chocolate and coat the completely

Decorate cake truffles with some sprinkles before the chocolate hardens
