An easy pudding that combines the delicious coconut milk with white chocolate and fresh cream. Need more reason to try it?
1 tin condensed milk
First milk of one coconut
3 tsp gelatin
Molten white chocolate/ dark chocolate, as required
Fresh cream, as required
Wring out the first milk of a coconut and keep it mixed with one tin of condensed milk.
Add three spoons of gelatin in half a cup of water.
Melt it by immersing it in boiling water
Add it to the coconut milk mixture and place in a pudding bowl
Pour a layer of molten white chocolate over it
Keep it in fridge to set
Pour three tablespoons of well-beaten, foaming fresh cream over the set pudding
Garnish with cherry and almond and serve
