Overnight oats

Bored of eating regular oats for breakfast but don't want to switch to anything unhealthy? Give oats a twist by trying to soak them overnight. Here is a basic recipe you can try but you may try variations as per preference.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups rolled oats

1 cup milk

½ cup yogurt (optional)

1/3 cup cornflakes

Fruits of choice

Honey, as required

Preparation

In a jar, put oats and a layer of cornflakes

Beat milk and yogurt together then pour over the oats

Refridgerate it overnight

In the morning, top with cut fruits and drizzle honey

Enjoy cold.
