½ cup oats

2 cups water

Salt as required

¼ cup fat free milk

Preparation

Add oats into rapidly boiling water

Mix well

Add the milk gradually

Cook for 5 minutes

Do not overcook the oats as it would alter the structure of the fibres in it.
