Nuts shake for weight gain

People who have been trying to put on some body weight often complain that they are unable to do so despite eating calorie packed food.

Nutritionists suggest that drinking a glass of milk for 10-15 days by adding powdered nuts would surely help you gain weight. Check out this easy recipe of special milk shake with loads of nuts in it.

Ingredients

1 tsp cashews
1 tsp pistachios
1 tsp almonds
1 tsp raisins
1 cup boiled milk (chilled)
Rock candy/jaggery as required

Preparation

Grind all the nuts and raisins together into fine powder
Into a mixer jar add the chilled milk, nuts powder and rock candy/jiggery 
Blend well.

Notes

You could alter the amount of nuts as desired. Dates or figs too could be added in this healthy shake.
