Easy and delicious home-made sandwich

It is incredibly easy to whip up a delicious and healthy sandwich for breakfast. You could add a variety of fillings that suit your taste and nutritional requirement. Here is an easy recipe of home-made sandwich which is delicious, with a bit of healthy veggies and greens as well.


2 slices bread

1 egg (scrambled by adding salt and pepper)

1 tsp boiled potato

1 tsp tomato (finely diced)

1 tsp onion (finely chopped)

1 tsp carrot (finely chopped)

1 tsp capsicum (finely chopped)

¼ tsp green chillies

½ tsp coriander leaves

Cheese slices

Salt as required

Black pepper as required


Mix the boiled potato, tomatoes, onions, carrot, capsicum, green chillies and chopped coriander in a bowl.

Season it with salt and pepper.

Give everything a good mix.

Place this filling in the middle of a bread slice. Spread some scrambled egg on top of it.

Place a cheese slice and then complete the sandwich with the other bread slice.

Rub ghee on a hot pan and toast the bread on both sides.
