Healthy breakfast prep for a week in just 10 minutes

Here is an amazing breakfast tip for those who do not wish to spend hours in the kitchen early in the morning. This is a quick fix which would hardly take 10 minutes. You can prepare this homemade oats breakfast mix and store it up to a week. It wouldn't turn stale easily and can be stored for longer periods, too, depending on the weather.

Ingredients

1 cup whole oats
½ cup nuts
½ cup dry fruits
½ cup seeds

Preparation

Dry roast the oats in a pan with thick bottom until the raw smell is off
Dry roast the nuts of your choice
Similarly, dry roast the seeds as well. Pumpkin and sesame seeds are used in this recipe
Add all these ingredients in a huge bowl and mix well. Add in the dry fruits as well
Store it in air tight containers
It can be stored for long periods of time
Prepare a healthy bowl of breakfast by adding warm milk.
