Peanut dosa for sharper memory


Everyone loves to snack on some hot and crunchy roasted peanuts. Peanuts have incredible nutritional value and consuming them regularly can improve the memory power.

Snacking on peanuts, which are rich sources of energy, also helps control body weight. It fights diabetes and is excellent to maintain the health of the heart. Including peanuts in your daily diet controls the cholesterol levels and rejuvenates the skin. Here is a special recipe of peanut dosa which is delicious and nutritious as well.


2 cups raw rice
1 cup peanuts
1 tsp fenugreek
Salt as required


Wash the raw rice, peanuts and fenugreek
Soak it water for at least 6 hours
Grind it into a smooth batter
Add the salt and allow the batter to rest for at least half an hour
Add water, if required, to attain the desired consistency of the dosa batter
Rub oil on a tawa
Pour a spoonful of the dosa batter 
Make dosas by flipping it.
