Oats muesli

Here is simple recipe to prepare a bowl of nutritious oats muesli which is a perfect breakfast dish.

Ingredients

½ cup oats

1 cup milk

1 cup water

10 gms almonds (chopped)

10 gms raisins

10 gms dates (chopped)

1 apple (grated)

1 ½ cups chilled milk

1 tbsp honey

Preparation

Cook the oats in milk and water

Stir the oats in intervals

When the mixture boils, add chopped almonds, raisins and dates

Mix well

When this mixture cools down (it can be prepared in advance the previous day as well), add the grated apple, chilled milk and honey

Mix well

Oats muesli can be served in bowls, topped with fresh fruits or berries.
