Goodness of bananas in biscuits

Here is an interesting recipe for home-made biscuits filled with the goodness of milk and banana.

Ingredients

50 gm Parle-G biscuits
1 ripened Robusta banana
2 slices of bread
Milk as required
Cardamom powder as required
1 tbsp ghee
Bread crumbs as required
Oil as required

Preparation

In a blender, grind the biscuits, and bread separately

Mix them well

Add milk and ripened banana in a blender

Grind to a fine paste

Add this paste to the bread-biscuit mixture

Add ghee and cardamom

Mix into a soft dough

Cut the dough into desired shapes

Roll the pieces of biscuit dough in bread crumbs

Heat oil in a pan

Fry the biscuits on medium flame

Notes

Milk should be added just enough to grind the banana. The paste should be the right consistency without being too loose or hard.
