Strawberry shoe: a delectable dessert

Strawberry shoe

Say it with strawberries. Here's to a delicious dessert with cream and strawberries.


1. 1 liter water, 450 gm butter, 17 gm salt

2. 550 gm maida, 14 gm milk powder

3. 18 eggs

4. 550 gm butter, 560 gm powdered sugar

5. 660 gm maida

6. Colour (optional)

7. 100 gm whipped cream

8. 50 gm tinned strawberry


Preheat over at 180 degrees

Boil all the No 1 ingredients

Mix in all No 2 ingredients and allow it to cook for five minutes

Blend them well and when it cools add the eggs one by one and blend again

Pour the mix into a piping bag and pipe it on to the baking dish

To get the craquelin, whip the butter and sugar with a beater and blend well

Add in the maida and blend well again

Keep the mix in the fridge and later roll it out thinly

Keep in the fridge once again and spread it over the mix

Bake for 18 minutes

Decorate the delicacy with whipped cream and strawberry
