From the land of Pâtisseries, from the country that gave the world the delightful croissants, here comes another simple yet delicious breakfast favourite - crepes. Crepes makes the ideal morning snack that won't put you in trouble on a busy day. Experiment with the fillings and make rolls using your kids' favourite spreads to make it customised.

Ingredients

2 eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup flour

2 tbsp sugar

¼ tsp salt

2 tbsp unsalted butter melted

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together to make a smooth batter

Rest the batter for 30 mins

Grease a small pan and put it on low flame

When the pan is hot, add ¼ cup batter

Tilt the pan in a circular motion

Flip it over after 30 seconds

Remove from fire and serve with desired filling
