Fibre-rich breakfast with oats and fruits

Here’s a dash of style for fibre-lovers and health freaks. Have your breakfast in style with oats, almonds, apples, dates and honey. Try out the recipe. Have fun!

Ingredients

½ litre milk

250 ml water

½ cup oats

6-10 almonds, chopped

Raisins, a handful

½ cup dates

100 gm grated apple

1 tbsp honey

Preparation

Mix half of the milk and water and add oats to it.

Boil the mix

Keep on stirring

Add almonds, raisins and dates.

As soon as the mix cools down, add the rest of the milk, apple and honey

Serve in bowls
