Chappathis rolled with vegetables and chicken, a healthy, filling and easy to carry dry lunch. Your children will surely love these irresistible rolls.
Oil - as required
1 Onion, sliced
2 pods of garlic, crushed
¼ cup cabbage, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
½ cup chicken, cooked and chopped lengthwise
1 capsicum, chopped lengthwise
1 tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp garam masala powder
4 chappathis, cooked
Heat a teaspoon oil in a frying pan and mildly saute the onion , garlic, cabbage, carrot and salt.
Add the chicken along with capsicum, black pepper powder, garam masala powder and saute further.
Now place the chappathis on hot greased griddle for a few seconds and then turn them over.
Arrange some chicken masala lengthwise on one end of each chappathi and fold in a little from two opposite sides.
Roll from one end to enfold the masala.
