Aloe vera gel

Ginger

Curry leaves

Coriander leaves

Mint leaves

Lemon

2 tsp palm jaggery

Ice cubes

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients in a mixer jar

Add the ice cubes and the palm jaggery or honey

Mix well

Do not pass the juice through a strainer.
