If you are new into being a vegan and not ready to give up on your morning coffee, here's your solution. Here's the recipe of vegan coffee to lighten your day.

Ingredients

15-17 cashew nuts

1 cup water

1 tsp instant coffee powder

1 tsp crushed jaggery

1 glass cashew milk

Preparation

Soak the cashew nuts in water for three-four hours.

Grind them in cup of water.

In a pan, heat the ground mixture of cashew nuts. Make sure not to boil it.

In a glass, add coffee powder, jaggery and boiled cashew milk.

Mix well.
