Ingredients

12 green pepper bunches
10-15 shallots
4-5 garlic cloves
2 sprigs of curry leaves    
Salt, to taste
¼ tsp turmeric powder

Preparation

Grind all the ingredients to a fine paste
Coat the sardines with it and set aside to refrigerate for two hours
Deep-fry and serve.
