Fried apple rings

Apples are storehouse of anti oxidants, fibres, vitamins and other essential nutrients. Here is a simple recipe of fried apple rings which is extremely delicious and crunchy.

Ingredients

2 apples

1 cup all purpose flour

1 cup milk

1 egg

½ cup sugar

1 tbsp vanilla essence

½ tsp salt

Oil to fry

For the garnish

½ tsp cinnamon powder

1 tbsp sugar

Preparation

Peel the apple and take out the seeds

Cut it into rings

In a bowl add the all purpose flour, sugar, egg, vanilla essence, salt and milk

Mix it into a batter which isn€™t too runny

Heat oil in a pan

Dip the apple rings in the batter and fry until golden brown

Sprinkle the cinnamon powder and sugar on top of the fried apple rings before it cools down.
