Snack on the sweet, soft and crunchy bread balls


Try this crunchy easy-to-make bread balls for your evening snack. You can even surprise your guests with the tasty dish and we guarantee that they would absolutely adore.


1/2 coconut (grated)

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup milk

1/4 condensed milk

2 tsp cardamom powder

Cashew and raisins as required

8 bread slices


In a bowl, add grated coconut, milk, and sugar

Mix well

Keep it aside for a few minutes

Add condensed milk

Mix well into a thickened consistency

After 15 minutes, make small balls from this mixture

Remove the edges of the bread slices

Grind the bread slices in a blender

Roll the previously prepared coconut balls in powdered bread

Heat some coconut oil in a pan

Place a cashew and raisin on each coconut ball rolled in bread

Add these balls into the hot oil and deep fry.
