Fight evening munchies with banana-beef wheel

Here is a simple and unique recipe of banana-beef wheel which could be served as an excellent evening snack.

Ingredients

1 cup cooked beef (shredded)
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp onion (chopped)
7 green chilies (chopped)
1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
1 tsp fennel seeds
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp coconut oil
2 big bananas (nenthrapazham)
1 tsp ghee

Preparation

Cut the bananas into thin slices
Heat ghee in a pan
Shallow fry the banana pieces
Keep it aside
In another pan, heat coconut oil
Add chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, and coriander leaves
Sauté well
Add fennel seeds and black pepper powder
Sauté well
Add the cooked beef
Cook well
Place a teaspoon of this beef mixture in the middle of fried banana slices and fold it
Hold the banana packet with tooth pick
Garnish with cherries on top
