Missing the crunch factor in your lunch? Go for this super easy bitter gourd fry that would immediately blend in with your lunch dishes and become indispensable!

Ingredients

250gm bitter gourd

5-6 long slivers of coconut

3 green chillies

1 sprig curry leaves

1 tsp salt

Preparation

Slice the bitter gourd in semi circles

Put in the coconut pieces, green chillies and curry leaves

Add salt

Mix them up vigorously in a bowl using your hand

Within a few minutes, the bitter gourd slices would moisten

Now, squeeze out the juice and pass the bitter gourd , along with other ingredients into another bowl

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the mixture

Crispy bitter gourd fry is ready
