Into the pan, pour the cooked toor dal.
Mix coriander powder, chilly powder and
salt along with water in a small bowl.
Add this paste into the sambar.
Into it, add asafoetida and jeera
In another pan, pour oil.
Splutter fenugreek seeds and mustard
Add dried red chillies and curry
Pour this in the cooked sambar.
Tasty special sambar is ready.
