Kovakka salad

This fresh and green salad can make your day better. Ivy gourd or kovakka which has potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects is best for your health. Here is the recipe of kovakka salad:

Ingredients

250gm kovakka (Ivy gourd)

3 tbsp Mayonnaise

1 raw mango

1 small bunch of mint leaves

1 small bunch of coriander leaves

1 green chilli

2 tbsp cream cheese

2 cloves of garlic

Salt as needed

1 small pomegranate

Preparation

Cut the ivy gourd lengthwise

In a mixer, grind mango, mayonnaise, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, cream cheese, garlic and salt to a paste

In a bowl, add the ivy gourds and pour the paste mixture

Garnish the salad with pomegranates.
