Here's an easy yet unique recipe that could add spice to your Dosa mornings. A tasty tweak to your regular coconut chutney, it needs less than 10 minutes to prepare this carrot chutney. Try out this special carrot chutney along with Dosa.

Ingredients

½ coconut grated

1 carrot

½ tomato

6 shallots

3 green chillies

a small piece of ginger

salt to taste

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp mustard seeds

curry leaves

2 red chillies

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients well in a mixer grinder to fine paste

Heat oil in a pan

Splutter mustard seeds

Add red chillies and curry leaves. Stir fry.

Add the paste to frying pan.

Mix well and heat.

Serve hot with Dosa.
