Try this easy four-ingredient Kantharichemmeen

Keralites often overcook the fish, along with lots of ingredients, which actually takes away the natural flavour of the fish. Here is an easy recipe of Kantharichemmen which has the goodness of bird eye chillies and fresh prawns. Try this if you are interested to enjoy the real and natural taste of prawns.

20 prawns (medium sized)

6 bird eye chillies

Salt as required

50 ml coconut oil

Clean and de-vein the prawns.

Marinate the prawns with bird eye chilli paste and salt.

Keep it aside for at least for half an hour.

Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry the marinated prawns by flipping it.

Do not deep fry the prawns.

The dish tastes amazing when served hot.
