Here’s a unique recipe of chicken liver fry which tastes best with tomato rice. It is the perfect dish to try out on weekends!

Ingredients

500 gm chicken liver
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon chilli powder
½ teaspoon pepper powder
Ginger€“garlic paste
¼ teaspoon garam masala
2 green chillies
Cashew nuts
Oil as required
Salt as per taste
Curry leaves

Preparation

Marinate the chicken liver with turmeric powder, chilli powder, pepper powder, garam masala, ginger€“garlic paste and salt
Leave it aside for 10 minutes
Heat oil in a pan and fry cashew nuts and curry leaves. Set them aside
Fry green chillies in the same oil and add the marinated chicken liver into it
Dry fry it on medium flame
Garnish the dish with fried cashew and curry leaves
