Smoking hot paneer that is fingerlicking good.
250 gm paneer, cut into rectangles
2-3 tbsp honey
1 to 1 ½ tsp garlic paste
Curd, just enough to marinate
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
Combine all the ingredients except the paneer to make a marinade.
Now marinate the paneer in this for some time.
Grill the paneer on a tava just before serving.
Cut capsicum, tomato and onion to match the shape of the paneer pieces.
You can thread these along with the paneer on skewers and grill them. Serve hot.
