Mango-coconut smoothie

Mangoes might probably be the only thing that make summer vacations a 'hot favourite' in India. These luscious yellow delights from heaven could quench your thirst and help to get you through the simmering days. Go for the dairy-free version by fusing it with some chilled coconut milk and sip on without worrying about your diet.

Ingredients

1 cup mango chunks, chilled

1 1/2 cups of coconut milk, chilled

Sugar as required

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients

Blend till smooth

Pour into a coconut shell bowl/ halved coconut

Garnish with kiwis, raspberries and grated coconut before serving
