Christmas butter cookies


These Christmas butter cookies have a crispy texture and this make it a timeless treat. Fill up your Christmas tray with cutout cookies in different shapes and figures. 130gms maida

90 gms butter

75 gms sugar powder

A pinch baking powder

A few drops of vanilla essence


Sieve maida with baking powder

Beat butter and sugar powder until smooth and fluffy

Into that, add the maida, vanilla essence, and kneed into smooth dough

Roll out to 1/4th inch thickness and cut out using biscuit cutters

Arrange on a greased baking tray and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes until golden.
