Njavara rice, soaked for over five hours
Extract from finely ground medicinal herbs
Pressure cook the rice, coconut milk, herb extract, fenugreek, dill, cumin seeds, garden cress, and sesame seeds in the required quantity of water.
Once cooked, add coconut milk, melted jaggery, powdered cardamom and a spoonful of ghee.
Allow it to come to a boil.
