New Year special pudding from Tini Tom and wife


Actor Tini Tom and wife Roopa prepared special Middle Eastern fried rice for Christmas. Now, the couple is presents another Middle Eastern dish – a dessert – to make the New Year extra sweet.

Lots of fresh fruits are used in this dessert. Here is how you can make this special Middle Eastern bread-fruits pudding.


Bread slices (cut into pieces)
Fruits of choice (cut into pieces)
Custard as required
Condensed milk as required
Caramel syrup as required


Grease a plate with butter
Pour the caramel syrup on it in desired shapes
Add the fruit pieces (apples, bananas, kiwi, cherries, nuts etc) and arrange them over the caramel syrup designs
Pour some condensed milk over the fruits
Place the bread pieces (or cake pieces) over it
Pour the custard syrup (made by mixing custard powder in hot milk) over the bread slices
The bread pieces should be soaked nicely in the custard syrup
Pop this in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
