Morning: Green or Black tea or coffee without sugar, Two bull’s eye egg, Boiled Broccoli, Zucchini, Cauliflower etc. cooked in ghee.
Afternoon: Grilled chicken, Stir-fried cabbage (Thoran), Buttermilk.
Night: Green tea/Strawberry, Fish fry, Almonds.
