Now, it's easy to buy home-cooked food through this new app

Kozhikode: Are you someone who loves fresh and delicious home cooked food but don't have the time to whip something up? Now you can easily order fresh home cooked food online using the DineApps, anywhere within the city’s limits. Delicious food cooked by 70 home-makers, at their own kitchens, would be sold through this new app.

Download the app on your android phone and with the help of the GPS, you could easily get a list of the registered houses in the nearby areas where food would be prepared. You could order from a menu and pay using the ATM card. Neatly packed home cooked food would be delivered at your doorsteps within an hour. If you don’t have the patience to wait that long, you could even pick up the food by yourself. Sajana Veettil, president of the startup York Eclectic Eats Company, said that the newly launched app offers a wonderful opportunity to home-makers, who are great cooks too, to easily sell their dishes and thus become self sufficient. Home-makers could download the DineApps and then register in it.

The inauguration and the launch part of DineApps would be held on 9 February 2019 at 4.30 pm, in the Cosmopolitan Club. The event would by inaugurated by Mayor Thottathil Raveendran. Company CEO Somi Silvi said that little chef Kicha (Nihal Raj), who was one among the SBI Yono 20 under 20 award winners, would be felicitated at the function.
