Food rich in beta carotene can fight cancer as it eliminates the free radicals (the unstable atoms that can damage cells, causing illness and ageing) from the human body. Fruits and vegetables that are bright red or orange in colour, like the pumpkin, carrot, and ripe papaya, and green leafy vegetables are rich sources of beta carotene.
