2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 bunches celery, chopped fine
450gm minced beef/ mutton
3 tbsp tomato puree
150gm sundried tomatoes, drained and chopped fine
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp red wine vinegar, as required
150ml chicken stock
Salt and pepper powder to taste
Heat oil in a medium sized pan and sauté the onions and celery.
When the onions turn translucent, add the meat and stir fry till the meat turns brown.
Now add the tomato puree, sun dried tomatoes, oregano, red wine vinegar and chicken stock, mix well and then add enough salt and pepper.
When the sauce begins to boil, open and cook for about 20 minutes till the sauce mixes well with the meat.
Now add the cooked pasta and mix well.
Garnish with grated parmesan cheese, freshly ground dry red chilli flakes or black pepper powder and chopped parsley or mint leaves.
