1 cup cream cheese 1 cup
1 ½ cup sugar
½ cup thick cream
1 small spoon vanilla essence
2 small spoons lemon zest
2 large spoons orange zest
¾ cups butter biscuit crumbled
3 large spoons oats
50 gms, melted butter
1 large spoon brown sugar
1 pinch salt
Pre-heat oven to 180 degree Celsius.
Grease the baking pan.
Blend cream cheese and sugar, and add
thick cream, blending further.
Add eggs to the mixture and beat again.
After adding the vanilla, lemon zest
and orange zest, pour into the greased pan.
Place this pan into a larger pan, which
is to be filled 2/3 with water.
Bake in the pre-heated oven till the
mixture gets set. Add boiled water into the large pan, if necessary
(Bake for 1 1 ½ hours) .
