Special wheat flour chicken pancake

Chicken pancake is soft and extremely delicious, with the added goodness of wheat flour. The spicy flavour from the chicken mix is just perfect. These pancakes can be had as a fulfilling breakfast or a tasty lunch as well. Check out this easy recipe of what flour chicken pancake.


1 ½ cup wheat flour

1 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

2 tbsp melted butter

1 egg

2 cups milk

1 tbsp oil

Half an onion (finely chopped)

1 green chilli (finely chopped)

½ tsp ginger (finely chopped)

1 tsp garlic (finely chopped)

Salt as required

½ cup minced chicken

2 tbsp (chopped)


Prepare the pancake batter by mixing wheat flour, baking soda, salt, melted butter, egg and milk.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, green chillies, ginger and salt as required.

Into it add the minced chicken. Sprinkle some water and cook on low flame with the lid on.

Add the chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Mix this chicken mixture into the previously prepared pancake batter.

Heat a non-stick pan and pour spoons full of batter to make pancakes.
