Creamy coffee pudding is the perfect summer dessert


The soft, rich, and creamy coffee pudding which melts in your mouth is the perfect dessert to indulge on a summer's day. The hint of coffee in it makes you go for a second helping.


500 ml milk

Juice of half lemon

200 ml fresh cream

50 gm powdered sugar

50 ml condensed milk

200 ml whipping cream

50 gm powdered sugar

Coffee powder as required

Sponge cake as required

Cocoa powder as required


Boil milk in a pan and add lemon juice

Strain the coagulated milk

Break down the coagulated milk using a whisk

Add fresh cream into it and whisk well

Add powdered sugar and condensed milk

Mix well

In another bowl, add whipping cream and whisk into a thick consistency

Add this into the previously prepared mixture

Mix well using a spatula

Boil 2 cups of water in a pan

Add 1 cup powdered sugar and a table spoon of coffee powder

Reduce this into half

In a glass dish, place a sponge cake

Apply the liquid coffee over the sponge using a brush

Add half of the previously prepared milk-cream mixture on top of it

Repeat the layers

Refrigerate the pudding overnight

Garnish the coffee pudding by sieving cocoa powder lightly over it.
