Sugar-free berry fromage blanc

Fromage blanc is a French dessert with fresh cheese as its main ingredient. Here is a sugar-free version of the berry fromage blanc.


10 gm gelatin

750 gm whipped cream

500 gm berry puree

130 gm Dezire sugar-free (Natural sweetener)

750 gm mascarpone cream cheese


Soak gelatin in cold water until it expands nicely

Beat the whipped cream until it rises

Keep it in fridge

In a pan, heat berry puree and sugar

When the mixture gets warm, add gelatin

Stir until the gelatin melts completely

Turn off the heat and keep it aside

Add cream cheese

Beat well

Add the whipped cream slowly into it

Fold it well

Keep it in the freezer to set

Take the dessert out of the freeze just 10 minutes before serving

Serve when it is still cold.
