Classic beef stroganoff

Here’s a classic, scrumptious Russian dish – beef stroganoff, loaded with mushroom. Nothing like this for a special meal or a special day. Try it out.

Ingredients

300 gm julienne beef

100 gm mushroom

10 gm butter

½ tsp dijon mustard

1 cup sour cream

1 tbsp paprika

1 white onion

Red wine as required

Olive oil

Pepper powder as required

Salt

Parsley

Preparation

Heat olive oil and sauté beef cut into long strips

Add paprika, salt, pepper powder and mix well

Transfer the mix into another dish and in the same pan, sauté chopped onion, butter, mushroom, red wine and beef stock

Add the beef

Pour in more beef stock and cook the meat

Once cooked, add dijon mustard and sour cream

Garnish with chopped parsley
