The culinary possibilities with chicken are infinite. Shish taouk or Lebanese chicken skewers are a popular West Asian kebab. Extremely popular in Labanon, Syria, Iraq, Turkey and Israel, the tasty bite is readied by cutting chicken breast into small pieces and marinating them. They are then either grilled or fried. The tasty grilled item may sound simple. But its exotic oriental taste lies in its marination. Shish tawook is best served with French fries, sandwiches, salads and rice. Here’s to a try.
