Mewa Laddoo (Sugarfree)

A really easy recipe for a nutritionpacked snack.

Ingredients

10 almonds
10 cashew nuts, chopped fine
10 pistachios, chopped fine
10 seedless dates, chopped fine
10 raisins, chopped fine

Preparation

Soak almonds in water for about 5 minutes and remove the skin. Then pat dry and finely chop them.
Add cashew nuts and pistachios and roast in a pan without using oil.
When this cools, add dates and raisins to this and form small balls.
Store in an airtight tin.
