Greek salad

A gush of freshness this salad is, with its colours, crunch and all things healthy. With ingredients that are just right to keep you hydrated this summer, the added cheese brings in the right balance of taste.

Ingredients

1 small red capsicum, chopped 
1 small green capsicum, chopped 
1 cucumber, sliced 
1 medium-sized onion
15 green olives 
150gm feta cheese 
100gm small tomatoes

For dressing 

2 tbsp olive oil 
2 tbsp lemon juice 
Salt and pepper powder, as required

Preparation

Add capsicum, cucumber, onion, green olives and tomatoes to a bowl
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing 
Pour the dressing over the mixture 
You may refrigerate for a while
Garnish with grated cheese and serve
