Fruit Smoothie

A super drink for breakfast or teatime, this smoothie is a powerful combination of protein, vitamin, roughage, anti oxidants and Omega3 fatty acids.

Ingredients

½ a banana
¼ of an apple
½ a Kiwi or mango
¼ cup orange juice
¼ cup soy milk or cow€™s milk
¼ cup curd
2 tsp honey
½ tsp vanilla essence
Few ice cubes

Preparation

Blend all fruits and the orange juice together in an electric blender.
When really smooth add the rest of the ingredients and serve in tall glasses.
