Baked Eggs with sausage and cheese

Want some healthy and filling evening meal? Try the super good combination of baked eggs with chicken sausage and cheese.

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
100gm chicken sausage, finely chopped
100gm mushrooms, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
4 spring onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper powder, as required
8 eggs
100gm grated cheese

Preparation

Heat the oven at 200 degrees
Keep aside 8 oven-proof bowls, and spread butter evenly on them
Heat oil in a pan. Add sausages and mushrooms into it. Saute it till the mushrooms are cooked
Add spring onions and tomatoes into it
Take it from the stove and add half of the grated cheese into it
Sprinkle salt and pepper powder onto this
Put this evenly into the 8 dishes
Break an egg and put into each dish
In a heated oven, bake this for 5 minutes
Put the rest of the cheese onto this and bake for another 5 minutes. Bake till the cheese melts
Sprinkle pepper powder and salt, and serve it hot
